Agreed wholely. Jose, I think the amount in SI wasn’t left with much in the E-gold account if I’m not wrong. So it’s a portion of the recovery.

Oh sorry… I have made an extensive search in the e-gold history again and yes, I received my payment from the SI lawsuit, less than 10% of my funds but at least it´s something.

I am waiting a refund since some months ago from this lawyer about SolidInvestment lawsuit and until today I have not received anything…, I would like to know where is my money. I know that it would be only a little percentage of my funds but even that money is not received in my e-gold account yet. I think that I have been very patient.

My thoughts are that only a very little percentage is possible to recover and I also know that it takes a lot of time, so this lawsuit is only for people who invested a lo of money. My recommendation is: don´t invest in these ponzis, even you can be guilty to invest in them.
