Okay, let’s say we have found a property, with a good profit margin.

We have made an appointment to see the property. When we go through the home, we find its a 3 bedroom 1 bath brick home. It has a nice yard, off-street parking and in a quiet neighborhood.

We left off in our last discussion, that we were at the point of viewing a property, that we deemed to be profitable on paper, according to our initial findings.

Our next step now is to view the property and determine the amount needed to fix or remodel the home and have it ready for the market price we determined on our initial findings.

In any situation, involving the purchase of real estate, the old saying holds true. You need money to make money. It is no different here.

There’s alot of talk today about real estate. With sub-prime loans hitting the fan and trickling into the prime loan market, we have a rare opportunity right now, that may not be available again for a long, long time.
