We left off in our last discussion, that we were at the point of viewing a property, that we deemed to be profitable on paper, according to our initial findings.
Our next step now is to view the property and determine the amount needed to fix or remodel the home and have it ready for the market price we determined on our initial findings.

Seems like Bridge has generated some interest here on Nobsinvest. Before going further explaining how to join there are some things that needs to be known.
Since Bridge is striving to become global Bridge is very diligent in following the rules of the countries they operate in. Countries like USA, Canada, Australia and Japan have very strict laws when it comes to investing in pre-ipos of companies from other countries. For example, normal chinese citizens is not allowed to own shares in foreign companies at all.

How can you fight rising prices and secure your saving/investments? How can you keep your head above water when the rising cost of goods around you out pacing your savings?
That’s an easy question to answer. Take you savings out of national currency and put it into precious metals. Gold have been a fantastic store of value for thousands of years.

ETFs or Exchange Traded Funds are open ended investment companies that are designed to track specific markets including global stock indices, commodities and metals. They have massively grown in popularity in recent years partly due to the simplicity of them. Some brokers offer the option to trade these exchange traded funds on margin giving the opportunity for greater gains, but also greater losses. Most Exchange traded funds have the option of going long or short.

As an investor, which means I have more cash on hand than needed to pay for my day to day living, I’m somewhat conservative. For me ‘savings’ – which its the money you accumulate monthly because you don’t want or need to spend it is very important – I’m old!

Firstly you should know that if you have a program accepting funds from third parties without being legally registered as a company then you are in an illegal and dangerous situation.
Most of HYIPs are in this situation and some of them tell you to be registered as an IBC, LLC… but you should know if this registration is legal or not in these circumstances.
