Pushing Out HYIPs from Nobs Network Forum

No Bullshit Network Forum

Within the next 2 months, we’ll be upgrading all our blogs wordpress versions and phasing out HYIPs in the Nobs Network Forum (NN). What would you like to discuss in the forum? Or rather what would you like to see in the new forum without HYIPs? What makes you want to stay in a forum for discussion? Your opinion would be most appreciated.

I would like to thank the usual forum participants gaby, mbongwe, allinvain, Gray, TraderJ, Echo and many more for making NN a homely place to chat.

The current Forum URL is here, would appreciate your opinion.

As a beginning, I would like to see “Post is not accepted from your domain” less often when I try to login :D
Other than that you can see which threads are most active… unfortunately the ones which discuss investment programs…

Well as long as the usual suspect HYIP advertisements are gone I’m happy to chat about anything. If we are going to discuss investment opportunities I may suggest moving more towards more legitimate opportunities with solid DD. I may also suggest doing something as a group. But that’s a whole different discussion, and hey, where else can we have it but on the forum.

See you all there on the “new and improved” forum

Cheers.

It’s not easy too. I’m not sure whether I should be doing it until now if that’s the only things that the people talk about in NN.

Also its an avenue for people to report scam programs so others are aware. Unless it becomes an anti scam forum?

Anti-scam can be quite to the point. I am thinking about taking a similar route on HYWD.
But I think you’ll need to keep the hyip related discussions in one or another form, because this is what most people want to talk about (unfortunately).

Sigh. So we can’t just drop them can we? :(

Personally, I will like to see topics on blogging, SEO, WordPress and such. I think there many folks out there who maybe new to blogging and many more contemplating on it.

Monetization and affiliate opportunities could fall under any of these as sub-categories eventually. For the average blogger, making sufficient income online to offset any hosting fees will probably encourage those on the fence to get their own blog and domain.

Everyone has a little something to share. All that adds to value creation. It’s a ‘Network’ Forum after all…

Hey Nic, I think you hit the nail. You’ve got it if you ask for it. I’ll be tearing down the sections one by one soon.

Great stuff Jude!

I will be sure to contribute where I can once you have revamped the forum. I was contemplating on setting up a forum for that actually. Given my work commitments, I have doubts on administering the forum alone.

Woot. Would you mind joining us as a moderator then Nic?

I’m tempted… If you can find a adsense revenue sharing plugin for the vBulletin forum, I’d say you have a major plus factor there. What better way can you think of motivating and rewarding the rest of your moderating team Jude?

Adsense Revenue sharing sounds good. I think I can enable that even.

Anything you can suggest Nic?

Well,

I’m not exactly sure which version of vB you are using now. but a Google search landed me with these resources.

I am never a big fan of forum codes but I guess this is a useful one to have.

Nic.
